Shipping policy

We ship only within the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations. A complete eligible shipping address is required before payment.

Standard Shipping is $5.95 USD. Standard Shipping is free when your merchandise subtotal is $35.00 or more before tax. Handling time for in-stock orders is 1–3 business days. USPS Ground Advantage is our preferred shipping service. We do not guarantee a delivery date.

If your package appears lost, contact cbcluresusa@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate and review an appropriate resolution. Refunds or replacements are not automatic.

If your shipment arrives damaged, contact cbcluresusa@gmail.com within seven days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. CBC will review the claim and provide an appropriate remedy for verified shipping damage.
