01 / The fishing situation

THE PROBLEM.

Pressured bass often inspect a bait without committing, especially when a loud fall or constant retrieve gives them too much to reject.

02 / The purpose-built response

THE CBC ANSWER.

Outbreak distributes subtle movement through 28 appendages around the entire bait. It keeps quivering through a slow fall, long pause, and deadstick while the reinforced core keeps the wacky-rig hook path secure.

Why it works

The benefit behind the build

WHY IT WORKS.

Outbreak distributes movement around the entire bait instead of relying on a flat perimeter. Sixteen finesse feelers quiver, eight pulse arms push more water, and four shorter stabilizers balance the fall.

A reinforced wacky core holds the hook path while two dimples guide entry and exit. The buoyant TPE body is intended for an unweighted slow fall, extended pauses, and deadsticking when subtle movement gets the bite.

Hook and presentation

HOW TO RIG IT.

Fish it on an open wacky rig for maximum exposure. Enter and exit through the two top dimples, fish it unweighted for the slowest fall, and pause or deadstick beside cover while keeping the hook gap completely open.

Hook reference: Designed around a VMC 7344WK size 2/0 open hook.
